We met Stephenie (in red attire) and Amanda (in blue attire), who both were our models of the day.
They are very friendly and professional models. And of course, they are photogenic :)

My Gear:
Nikon D90, SB600, Tamron 17-50mm f2.8. On loan for our photo session are two additional SB900 flashes.

Here is one photo playing with high key feel:

Baby Jaslene, the 2nd Month :)

Today, our baby Jaslene is 2months old :) My wife and I have been really busy since our baby born. Life change a bit but we have been adjusting well.

I’ve been a poor photographer for Jaslene because I didn’t shoot her photos often enough :-/ My wife did much much much better job as she almost has Jaslene daily photos and video taken using her Nikon coolpix L10. Most of Jaslene photos can be found here.

Here are some candid shots of Jaslene taken during her 2nd month. I’m lucky enough to get her smiling photos during her joyful mood :D She is quite sensitive to my lens, which is good :p she has different posts and sometimes cheeky smiles!

Gear: Nikon D90 and Tamron 17-50mm f2.8.

Our Baby, Jaslene See Jia Huan

Please meet our baby, Jaslene See Jia Huan :) She came to this wonderful world on 10th Aug 2009, in the morning. These are some pictures taken during her first two weeks. Now I can be a proud father and private photographer of her :D   She grows everyday, and gain 1kg within 3 weeks.

Baby Jaslene on her first hour after delivery

Everyone have met baby Jaslene the first day…and now this is Mummy’s turn, first sight of Jaslene while baby is still in the nursery clean room. This is actually the display window inside Hospital Pantai Mutiara, general public can see all the babies but there is a glass window that separated from general public, for hygiene purpose.

This is mummy first touch of Jaslene, and Jaslene did ask for milk :)

My Feet :)

The moment Jaslene first opened her eyes the next day…she has bright eyes :)   I took this photo with zoom lens from outside the viewing window glass. If i enter the nursing room to see her, i might have miss this golden chance to take this photo, because she is always in a nap

Baby Jaslene back home…taken on the 2nd week

This is grandma’s hand and baby Jaslene feet…taken on the day before her grandma flew back to KL. My mum has been in great help the first two weeks..thanks mum :)

My Neighbour New Car – Honda City 2009

Just a quick blog.

This is my first time riding with the latest Honda City model 2009 — as a pessenger :)
Dennis (my neighbor) drove the car, asked me out to jalan-jalan. Saturday was raining, so was Sunday morning. So we went out at mid afternoon Sunday, 1pm, a cloudy day for shooting photo.

Sitting in this car, First impression is: spacious! nice
Second impression is: a very quiet car…feels very shielded from ambient noise. This should be a decent car for HiFi car audio
Third impression is: really cool looking.

Here’s one photo sharing of the neighbor’s car. We’ll find some better days with better light to shoot again. :D

Fun Fair, Penang – Eye of Relau

For every Fun Fair, the most prominent representation is the Big DoughNut Wheel, or people use to call it Eye of *something*

I made a shot here for this Big Wheel, lets just call it Eye of Relau. It kind of bring back my childhood memory :) It’s considered “BIG” event in the 1980s for many children. Haha

This is a slow shutter speed shot using Nikon D90+18-105mm lens.
Lowest ISO, in camera normal noise reduction. The out of camera quality is quite decent.

When i view in full size, it’s amazing that such a kit lens can capture quite sharp and retaining lots of detail.

Penang Bridal Fair 2009

This was a 3 days bridal fair event held at PISA Penang from 10-12th April recently. I joint the crowd during the 3rd day of the event. Did 1hour of photo shooting.

When I stepped into the stadium, the Blissful Wedding stage walk performance was about to start.

I hurried up to perform manual WB and decided to leave out the camera flash. Hey, I get free lighting from the stage spotlight mah. With the crowds there blocking the front stage, its so tough to get a decent spot and shoot. How I wish I could buy and own the expensive Tele Zoom Lens (Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 maybe??) :D

All are the top models from KL. Very very eye catching ler… :-p  Here are some that I like. Enjoy the photos!

Kids Act

I took this photo when I visited my sisters’ house during CNY. They are my little niece and both them are cousin, SherVon and Dickson.

Essentially SherVon loves music, and Dickson just “bored” when seeing the piano :)

Kids never hide their expression. Kids expressions are always in the purest form, don’t they?
